'Wellcome-MRC Cryo-EM in Structural Biology 2025’course scheduled for 03 – 07 March 2025. To provide more spaces on this course, this year it will be hosted in-person participants at two venues (Diamond Light Source in Oxford and The Astbury Centre in Leeds) with lectures also being broadcast online via Zoom.

This course, part of the cryo-EM Wellcome/MRC training programme, is designed for PhD students new to the field of cryo-EM who will be using cryo-EM and cryo-ET for their research. It includes lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practicals covering fundamental topics in cryo-EM and cryo-ET, from sample preparation and the electron microscope, through to image formation and processing, reconstruction in SPA and cryo-ET, and model building.
